GIVAN, C.J. Appellant was convicted of Murder in the Perpetration of a Robbery and sentences to life imprisonment. This conviction was affirmed in Richardson and Faulkner v. State, (1978) 268 Ind. 61, 373 N.E.2d 874. Appellant filed a petition for post-conviction relief under Ind. P.C.R. 1, which was denied August 19, 1981. He now appeals the denial of that petition.
